Problem
Usage of WS-I Conformance policy with the Multistep Probe on DataPower appliances is not currently supported and may result in unexpected termination of transactions or other unpredictable results.
Symptom
If the Multistep Probe is enabled on a service that is configured with a WS-I Conformance policy, transactions may suddenly terminate or return null output to the client.
Once the Multistep Probe is disabled or the WS-I Conformance policy removed, the problem is resolved.
NOTE: Use of the Multistep Probe with WS-I Conformance policy enabled is not currently supported.
