Problem
The standard DateFormat class provides the format MMM-dd-yyyy for locale English US. How to implement a UK format of dd-MMM-yyyy without changing locale?
Symptom
In decision table the format for each cell or entire column can be chosen by selecting the "Format" button available on right click of a cell or column.
For a Date type in English US locale only the standard US date formats are available in the drop down.
