Troubleshooting
Problem
When using IBM Rational Performance Tester to record an SAP test, recording stops when you close a status bar pop-up window by clicking the X icon on a sub-menu.
Symptom
To reproduce this behavior, do the following:
- Start recording an SAP test.
- Enter a bad transaction. An error message is displayed on the status bar.
- Double-click the error message. A help information window opens.
- Click the X icon on the sub-menu.
The recording stops. No error message is displayed.
