Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempting to open a folder with a long folder name results in the error "DOORS has encountered a problem and needs to close... " in IBM Rational DOORS.
Symptom
A DOORS message window appears "DOORS has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Click the Close button shuts down DOORS.
