Troubleshooting
Problem
While trying to export a Microsoft Word document to IBM Rational DOORS on a Microsoft Vista Machine, following error message is displayed: “Unable to communicate with DOORS: DOORS must be started, and you must have opened a project or folder.”
Symptom
Export aborts with the above error message.
