Troubleshooting
Problem
When using Planning Analytics for Excel, user docks/undocks their laptop. By doing this, this triggers the PA for Excel screen to change font size (and scaling) which makes it unreadable.
Symptom
Example:
In one real-life example:
1. User starts the laptop in a docking station
2. User does not launch any applications
3. User removes the computer from the docking station.
4. Launch Excel and log in to IBM@Planning Analytics
5. Open av view in explorer mode.
=> The menus (on the top and to the right) becomes small and double.
=> The menus (on the top and to the right) becomes small and double.

6. After making some selections in the top menu, either:
(a) the selection options disappears completely
(b) or they become smaller:
