Problem
Attempts to perform a status inquiry on the IBM Rational License server results in the error "FLEXnet Licensing error:-5,412".
Symptom
The following error and occur when can occur when you perform status inquiry on the Rational license server:
ibmratl: No such feature exists.
Feature: ClearQuest
License path:27000@server name;
FLEXnet Licensing error:-5,412
For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing documentation,
available at "www.macrovision.com".
Cause
This error is generated because the ibmratl daemon found no features to serve.

Resolving The Problem
Ignore this error message.
This will not have any impact of the license server performance and the licenses will be served properly.
