Troubleshooting
Problem
The Filenet Content Platform Engine (CPE) error logs contain error messages related to a DB_INVALID_CONNECTION with the GCD database. The errors have no consequences, they are just populating the logs.
Symptom
GCD FNRCE0000W - WARN A database availability issue was encountered when checking the GCD's epoch - using last cached instance. Exception was: The server cannot get the data source GCD_DataSource.
ENG FNRCE0024E - ERROR RootTask:RootTask serial=1 running with error , with message The server cannot get the data source GCD_DataSource.
com.filenet.api.exception.EngineRuntimeException: FNRCE0024E: E_FAILED_TO_GET_DATASOURCE: The server cannot get the data source GCD_DataSource.
