Problem
During the P8 CE 3.5 to 4.5 upgrade, the filestore upgrade fails with an "Access is denied" error for the fn_stakefile.xml file.
Symptom
The following error is generated during the upgrade of the filestore during the CE upgrade:
“Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: \\Servername\File Stores\FS_namet\fn_stakefile.xml (Access is denied.)””
