Problem
Local mdb database files are not being updated since upgrading to Capture Professional 5.2 version.
Symptom
Mdb files that are used by Capture appear blank or do not show updates after upgrading to Capture Professional 5.2. The list of affected files may include:
- C:\Program Files\Filenet\Capture\Reports\Statistics.mdb
- C:\Program Files\FileNet\Capture\Repository\Local Ril.mdb
- C:\Program Files\FileNet\Capture\Repository\Offline.mdb
- Content Engine or Content Services non-shared local mdb files
