Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to log in to IBM Rational BuildForge using web console results in "Error authenticating: com.buildforge.services.common.api.APIException.
Cause
There is only one license available which is by default being used by the root.
Diagnosing The Problem
Verify that you have more than one license key available for Rational BuildForge
Resolving The Problem
In order to log in to Rational BuildForge you will need more than one Rational BuildForge Enterprise Floating license key.
You can download this feature from the IBM Rational License Key Center website if already procured.
Else, contact your IBM Sales Representative for assistance
