Problem
IBM Rational DOORS login error "Invalid username or password" received after resetting user's password in Rational Directory Administrator (RDA) 5.0.
Symptom
The issue can be seen or reproduced with following similar steps:
- Import users (using xml file) into Rational Director Server 5.0
- Reset user's password into Rational Director Administrator
- Launch DOORS
- Log into DOORS with new password
- You will receive an error "Invalid username or password"
