Problem

TWS V8.5 (MDM, BKM, FTA+Connector) direct upgrade from V8.3/V8.4 can fail at step "Enable the startup beans in the embedded WebSphere Application Server". The installation log ItemEnableStartupBeanOut.xml contains the following error message: WASX7011E: Cannot find file "\appserver\bin\securityProcs.jacl" WASX7011E: Cannot find file "\appserver\bin\LTPA_LDAPSecurityProcs.jacl"

Symptom

TWS V8.5 (MDM, BKM, FTA+Connector) direct upgrade from V8.3/V8.4 fails at step: Enable the startup beans in the embedded WebSphere Application Server.
The installation log ItemEnableStartupBeanOut.xml contains the following error message:

WASX7011E: Cannot find file "<TWA_HOME>\appserver\bin\securityProcs.jacl"
WASX7011E: Cannot find file "<TWA_HOME>\appserver\bin\LTPA_LDAPSecurityProcs.jacl"
