Problem

Unable to start multi instance job: Error message: Can't open job - ignoring the job The error is: (DSGetJobInfo) Failed to open RT_LOG280 file. (DSOpenJob) Cannot open job DSRunBatch%rel40.1.0.ISOTRAIN900 - not a runnable job

Symptom

Can't start job - ignoring the job
The error is:

(DSRunJob) Could not get event number from log of job
