Running a Jython script to purge a monitor model version

Troubleshooting

Problem

If any errors occur while a monitor model version is being uninstalled, you can use wsadmin to purge the model version by running the Jython script that is described in this document. If you would like to purge ALL versions, see "Uninstallation of a monitor model fails" in the related information link.

Symptom

Errors occur while a monitor model version is being uninstalled, or, after you uninstall the monitor model version, the model version still appears in the Monitor Models page in the WebSphere Application Server administrative console. However, the Application column might show Uninstalled instead of the model application name, and the Status column shows the crossed-circle (Unavailable) icon.
