Problem

Superuser would like to forcibly eject user XYZ from the Controller system. Superuser clicks 'Maintain - User - View Active Users', and can see that XYZ is logged into Controller. Superuser clicks 'Maintain - User - Manage Active Users' in order to log XYZ off the system. Superuser can see many users logged in, but *cannot* see some users (for example user XYZ).

Symptom

Superuser cannot see all the users (which are currently accessing the system via this application server) when they click on 'Maintain - Users - Manage Active Users'.
