Problem
User launches a standard report (also known as a 'system report'). User receives error message.
Symptom
Screen:

QE-DEF-0285
The logon failed
QE-DEF-0322 The connection string is invalid. cogserver.log
Inside the Cognos Analytics "cogserver.log" there are errors of type QE-DEF-0285 QE-DEF-0322 RQP-DEF-0068.
