IBM Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities
 
IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities 9.1 is part of IBM Maximo Application Suite 9.1, and is the upgrade path for IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager and  IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite. IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities 9.1 consists of IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Platform 9.1 and IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Applications 9.1. Note: After versions reach end of support, installers for those versions are no longer provided.
 

IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 11.6 was released as Support Cycle-3. On September 30th, 2025 an updated support policy was announced for IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite 11.6, TRIRIGA Application Platform 5.0, and TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher 14.0 to also be Support Cycle-3. IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite 11.5, IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 11.5, TRIRIGA Application Platform 4.5, and TRIRIGA CAD Integrator 13.5 were released as a Long-Term Support Release (LTSR). For more information about support policies, see Support Lifecycle Policies for IBM TRIRIGA Products.
 
IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite and IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 11.4/11.3, and IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 4.4/4.3, were released as Continuous-Delivery (CD) offerings with these releases delivered as CD update packages. With IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 11.0 and IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 4.0, TRIRIGA moved to a support lifecycle that offers 3 years of standard support and, for the TRIRIGA Application versions, up to 4 years of optional extended support. For more information about product lifecycles, search the IBM Support Software Lifecycle page.
