We have published a continuation of Tim Morgan's Mapping Case REST API calls to Model API calls when converting custom widgets to ICM 5.2 article here. This article uses the IBM Case Manager 5.2 custom search widget here.

In this article entitled "Using the Model API and REST API call in custom widgets for IBM Case Manager V5.2", we explore making a REST API call and then making a Model API call in an IBM Case Manager 5.2 custom search widget. We also briefly explore the advantages of using Model API over REST API.
