Problem
In a distributed and load balancer configured environment, Administration Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE) user is not able to download Client API jar files individually.
User will get the error "Error getting CPE download packages" when trying to download individual jar file.
Symptom
ACCE with 5.5.3.0-P8CPE-IF001 and 5.5.4.0-P8CPE Error "Error getting CPE download packages" occurs.
