Troubleshooting


Problem

No User can log on to Controller (via SingleSignOn).

Symptom

User tries to log on Controller via SingleSignOn but receives the following error message:


Error: System.Web.Services.Protocols.Soap.Exception: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070421): Automation error The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified. at FrUserManagerB.UserManagerBClass.GetCurrentUsers(String sGuid, String sUser) at Cognos.Controller.Proxy.CCRWS.UserManager_GetCurrentUsers(String sGUID, String sUser)
