Problem
If you encounter the "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" or "DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-204, SQLSTATE=42704" error message when starting installed WebSphere Business Monitor products, symptoms can help you diagnose and resolve the problem.
Symptom
The following symptoms can help you diagnose and resolve the problem:
- When you click the Applications -> Monitor Models link in the WebSphere Business Monitor administrative console, a list of monitor models is not displayed.
- Business Space does not start.
- Action services does not start.
