Problem
Unable to connect to a catalog.
Symptom
DS-DBMS-E402: UDA driver reported the following:
UDA-SQL-0031: Unable
to access the "ALIAS_05877C50" database.
UDA-SQL-0532: Data
Source is not accessible: "TNS:DEV_DEVDB1".
ORA-12154: TNS
could not resolve service name.
or
DS-DBMS-E306: UDA driver error connecting to 'ALIAS_05877C50'.
