Error is specific to single sign on and Internet Explorer Enhanced Security.

Symptom

Analyst Error:

Analyst failed to communicate with the Content Manager database.
This can happen if the IBM Cognos 8 Planning service is not running.
Please check that this service is running.

Error was:

Unable to retrieve user information for the user that has logged on.
