Problem
Editing a metrics extract fails with an errors: CCL-RCI-0002, CM-REQ-4154.
Symptom
CCL-RCI-0002 The Soap Server returned a Soap fault.
CM-REQ-4154 This request is invalid because it was incorrectly signed. The IBM Cognos ReportNet encryption certificates on the Content Manager computer may not match the encryption certificates on the computer that originated the request.
