Problem
Attempting to configure a backup content manager in a multi-server installation with an existing standalone content manager server. Receiving errors in the log file cogconfigipf.log
Symptom
From cogconfig.ipf.log:
CAM-CRP-1330 An error occurred while attempting to add a certificate to the Content Store. This may mean the Content Store is unavailable or some components are inaccessible or missing from the installation. An error occurred while loading Content Manager Data Store access class. CM may not have started yet or the install may be missing components. Ensure CM is installed. Reason: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.cognos.cm.store.CMCADataStore
From cogserver.log:
DPR-CMI-4006 Unable to determine the active Content Manager. Will retry periodically.
From Pogo_<timestamp>.log
