Troubleshooting
Problem
All reports failed to run. Test any datasource connection in cognos connection generate the QFS-ERR-0138 error. Test of connection from the server outside Cognos 8 through database client such as sqlplus for Oracle, test fine without issue.
Symptom
QFS-ERR-0138 Datasource 'OR' is not supported by any provider
