Published Data Marts in the batchqueue set to 'Not Started' and do not run

Troubleshooting


Problem

User publishes a Data Mart. User opens 'View Batch Queue' menu to see all queued processes. The job/process 'Publish Data Mart' is there (as expected). However, under the section 'Status' it is set to 'Not Started'. User waits a long time (e.g. 20 minutes) and this job does not ever start.
