Technotes
To obtain a list of all Technotes applicable to a specific IBM SCORE release:
- Go to the IBM Support Portal (http://www.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/Troubleshooting)
- Make sure "Solution for Compliance in a Regulated Environment (SCORE)" is in your product list and that it is the only selected product.
- In Search support enter Technote in the field, make sure Within troubleshooting task or any other task is not selected and that Within my selected products is selected.
- Click the arrow next to the search field to start the search.
- To limit the list to a particular IBM SCORE release, select the desired release under Software product version and the search results will only show Technotes applicable to the selected release. Search results can also be limited by Content type and Task.
Alternately, IBM SCORE information can be found by searching for the keywords IBMSCORE or IBM_SCORE from the search field on http://www.ibm.com
