Error when attempting to enable the Case History store for IBM Case Manager (ICM)

Troubleshooting


Problem

It is not possible to create and enable the Case History store in the ICM desktop. Error "InvocationTargetException" occurs.

Symptom

IBM Websphere systemout reports:
com.ibm.ecm.icm.accm.services.EnableDisableCaseHistoryStoreService.callBackend() ACCM service is throwing exception
com.ibm.ecm.icm.accm.util.AccmException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: filenet.vw.server.rpc.chrpc.ICHRPCRemote
