Troubleshooting
Problem
The BIBusTKServermain process hangs or is unresponsive leading to the following error messages:
DPR-ERR-2074 Failed to receive a timely response from an external process with a PID <id>
DPR-ERR-2077 Failed to forward the request because the associated external process with PID is unavailable
DPR-ERR-2056 The Report Server is not responding
Symptom
Reports are not running effectively and BIBusTKServermain processes are becoming unresponsive.
