RESETDR Command

This command is used to effectively “reset” the DS8000 global mirror target disks by presenting them back to the IBM i node with which they are associated.

This should only be used in specific situations.

A common scenario is to reset the disks after a ‘D-Copy’ (FlashCopy at the global mirror target) once the process is complete, assuming a RLSDR was done prior to the process.
