If the GMCV or GMIR switch causes the partnership to stop and brings down the auxiliary cluster when it tries to restart the RCCG, and the log has these entries:
SVC command [svctask stoprcconsistgrp 2] (qzrdSPPRC gmirFailOver)
State = consistent_stopped (waitForStateChange)
SVC command [svctask chrcconsistgrp -cyclingmode none 2] (qzrdSPPRC gmirFailOver)

This is a bug in the cluster firmware vesion 7.5.0.2 (and maybe earlier). The fix is to apply 7.5.0.3 or newer to both clusters.
