Troubleshooting
Problem
When you use Hierarchical Stage and use the REST step to connect to a target endpoint, the stage receives no result.
Depending on the endpoint configuration, the connection can close without information.
The web service might also send an HTTP 404 (Not Found) or 403 (Forbidden) status.
The troubleshooting guide includes steps to test the web service URL with curl. However, if you use curl to connect with the same endpoint, then the connection succeeds.
There are no obvious errors with the SSL handshake, or with authentication.
