Upfront is using 100% of the CPU

Troubleshooting

Problem

It's not possible to login to Upfront. The Upfront Dispatcher and Upfront File Manager services takes both 50% of the CPU time. A reboot of the server didn't solve the problem. The Windows event-log include a lot of Upfront error messages. The upfserver.log and RDS.log file do not include any error message.
