For Passport users, you can download the activation kit from Passport.  You can also go to the Rational License Key center to download the activation kit.

For ESS (IBM i), the availability date is June 13.  You can download the trial before then and activate it with the activation kit from ESS after June 13.

 

A 60-day trial is available.  The trial download pages will be updated shortly to show the 9.1 downloads.

UPDATE - May 28, 2014

The developerWorks trial download pages are not showing the 9.1 option yet.  In the meantime, it is possible to do a web install of 9.1.  I have updated the instructions for a RDi web install to include 9.1: /support/pages/node/242269
