QueryService failed to start with the following command line-arguments: CWWKE0001I: The server dataset-service has been launched.

Testing DQM/JDBC data sources or running DQM reports returns the following error: DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there was no process available within the configured time limit. The server may be busy.

When reviewing the logs, it is found that the QueryService is unable to start and returns an error similar to:
