Abstract
Recommended Order of Service Startup with ICC

In case your ICC Services are set to manual, and you would like to control their startup, please follow this recommended order:
1. IBM Content Collector Configuration Access - this will automatically start :
a) IBM Content Collector Configuration Store and b)IBM Content Collector Configuration Store Manager
2. wait for the 3 services above to be in Running state
3. IBM Content Collector Web Application
4. IBM Content Collector Task Routing Engine (this will automatically start the services referred in the Active Task Routes)
