Engage with IBM ECM Support on dW Answers

Did you know IBM developerWorks (dW) now provides a Social forum called dw Answers, the objective of this social media channel is to get all our IBM Content Collector (ICC) customers to participate and collaborate with each other and ECM Support Team Members to answer your questions and queries.
Customers can search against dW answers to find out if an issue they are running into has already been answered or post a new issue and also interact with others who may have solved a similar issue.
