Troubleshooting
Problem
In NOI 1.6 error when configuring Event Analytics Configuration GUI, after successfully going though the configuration click on Save Configuration and receive the error: "Unable to save configuration due to an unknown exception. Check the browser console log for more informaton"
Symptom
Check $IMPACT_HOME/logs/impactgui-errors.log for "Error 400: For input string" such as;
ERROR [RestCallUtil] Error 400: For input string: "10reviewed.width=15%noi.enabled=true" in NOI_SAVECONFIG
ERROR [RestCallUtil] Error 400: For input string: "10reviewed.width=15%noi.enabled=true" in NOI_SAVECONFIG
ERROR [ImpactPolicyCollectionNode] Error while executing the policy NOI_SAVECONFIG
java.lang.Exception: Error 400: For input string: "10reviewed.width=15%noi.enabled=true" in NOI_SAVECONFIG
java.lang.Exception: Error 400: For input string: "10reviewed.width=15%noi.enabled=true" in NOI_SAVECONFIG
