Improved debug information for MCH3402 errors
Better debug information for MCH3402 errors is now generated, making it easier for both customers and IBM i support to diagnose them. Information available from job or system logs is insufficient to find the problem since these errors are often caused by deletion of an OPM re-entrant program while the program is still actively running. Program deletion information is now included as part of VLOG VL28000901 to reduce debug time.
