Problem
An "asynchronous open" error occurs when attempting to run crosstab reports in Impromptu 7.1. The same crosstab reports run without error on another PC.
Symptom
Error number -237:
DMS-E-GENERAL, A general exception has occurred during operation 'asynchronous open'.
