Problem
Importing a partial/full deployment archive fails.
Symptom
CM-REQ-4314 An error occurred during an import operation. CM-REQ-4200 The import failed because the deployment archive is not compatible with the current content store. This version of Content Manager is associated with an older object model which is no longer compatible with the newer version of Content Manager that was used to generate the deployment archive.
