Problem
DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request when attempting to run reports against DQM package.
Symptom
The Query Service is not started.
cognosserver.log file shows error when attempting to start:
StartService QueryService failed to start with the following command-line arguments:...
ERROR com.cognos.pogo.reportservice.ProcessManager [com.cognos.pogo.async.service.connection.bibustkserver.BIBusTKServerConnectionFactory-queryProcessManager-ProcessMgrThread] NA External Report Server process External Process cannot be started
