How do I cancel my SPSS Statistics Digital offering?

Resolving The Problem

You can turn off auto-renewal for your SPSS Statistics Digital application at any time prior to the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of the billing cycle.  We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.  

In order to cancel your subscription, here are the steps to take:

1) Go to https://myibm.ibm.com/dashboard/
2) On the Products page click the Manage button on the SPSS Statistics Digital product
3) Next, click the Cancel plan action link in the Overview page
4) You will be sent an email with the nearest termination date based on when you purchased.   For a monthly subscription this would be one month after the purchase date.

NOTE: If online cancel is not an option, please contact our IBM.com Online Order Support team. SPSS Technical Support is not able to cancel your SPSS Statistics Digital purchase.

If you purchased an SPSS Statistics Digital from a third party reseller and wish to cancel your subscription, you may need to contact them or use their self-serve cancel service on their website or portal.
