Troubleshooting
Problem
When you click Backup now button in Intel systems(W3550), a new backup job is not triggered in the job queue.
Symptom
You may observe the following behavior when you click the Backup now button:
- User interface hangs.
- Invoked REST API call does not return successfully.
- Backup jobs are not created in the backup queue.
The following error may get displayed in the user interface:
Note: If the error message is not displayed, restart the IBM Workload Deployer to prevent the user interface from hanging and to display the error message successfully.
CWZIP1900E An internal error com.ibm.iaas.backup.util.BackupRestoreException: CWZIP9548E Return from GET on backup/backupsize?backup_profile=f4fb7cec-c870-41ac-a740-f6fad3d09aa9 with status 500: { "rootCause": "com.ibm.maestro.util.wrapper.exception.MaestroServerException: No such property: id for class: java.lang.StringnPossible solutions: seed", "message": "id for class: java.lang.StringnPossible solutions: seed", "errorMessage": "id for class: java.lang.StringnPossible solutions: seed", "errorStatusCode": 500 } occurred. For details, see the log/trace files.This error message is observed whenever the REST API call returns with error 500.
