Having trouble getting across your files to Support?

Use the following methods to get across various files to Support -
Use the SR Tool
- Enter the PMR number in the Enter a report number field and click Go
- Use Attach Relevant File field to submit the relevant file
Email files directly to Ecurep
- Send an email to sterling_support@ecurep.ibm.com
- Your PMR number, separated by commas, must appear somewhere in the Subject line
- Allowable attachment file might be significantly less than the 30 MB
Upload using HTTPS
- Navigate to https://www.ecurep.ibm.com/app/upload
- Enter the PMR number you obtained from the IBM support (e.g. 12345,789,002) and select the upload directory.
- If you specify an email address, an email will be sent on failure or success.
- Browser limitations may prevent files larger than 2GB from being uploaded.
