Translation error during document export

One of the most commonly asked question for Gentran Server for Windows during export.  This error indicates that compliance errors were found during the export processThe Export Translator Report can only be viewed from the External Data Browser. The Translator report that is in the "In Documents" and "In Drawer" is only for the Process File portion and does not reflect the  export errors encountered. To view the Compliance errors received during the export:

1. Open the External Data Browser. Note: This browser works
similar to the Interchange browser with the 3 data views. (Translator   
Report, Gentran Data and External Data)

2. Find the entry for the export
session and navigate down to the document level.

3. Turn on the         
Translator Report View to review all Compliance errors received during  
the export session.
