Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to start IBM Cognos on UNIX configured against an Active Directory Server via LDAP, the following error is returned.
Symptom
CAM-AAA-0146 The namespace xxx is not available.
CAM-AAA-0064 The function failed.
CAM-AAA-0089 The provider is not initialized.
