Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer has implemented the background customisation technique, using the parameters 'ENABLESTARTPAGE' and 'startpageurl'.

However, the embedded website does not look/work exactly as intended.
- For example, there may be errors (or loss of functionality).
Symptom
The symptom will vary depending on website, but in general terms some/all of the following may occur:
- Script errors:
- Buttons/drop-down menu items may not work (compared to running the same website inside a dedicated modern brower like Chrome or Firefox).
